Hermès items require a deeper knowledge and special attention to detail in order to authenticate. Therefore, there will be a $35 additional charge for all Hermès items.

Often, we find that the image quality we receive doesn’t meet the precision needed for confident judgment. However, if your photos can capture these minute details with clarity, we welcome you to place an order.

Whether you’re a consigner or an individual looking to resell luxury items, our Certificate of Authenticity bolsters your listings with that extra layer of trust for potential buyers.

And in the rare event you encounter a buyer with, let’s say, “creative” authenticity concerns, this certificate can come to your rescue!

It depends on where you are in the process:

  • Before Photo Upload: Yes! If you’ve had a change of heart and haven’t uploaded your photos yet, we’re more than happy to process a refund for you. Please send us an email at admin@authenticateplus.com with your order number.

  • After Authentication: Unfortunately, no. Once we’ve wrapped up the authentication and shared the result, refunds become a tricky business. Even if you have second thoughts or see things differently, we won’t be able to offer a refund at that stage.

We understand that there might be instances where you question our authentication results. While disagreements alone do not qualify for a refund, we are committed to our service’s integrity. If you can present contrasting conclusions from at least two other reputable authenticators, Authenticate Plus will promptly process a refund, no questions asked.
